FORFEIT POLICY

1. TEAMS WHO FORFEIT EVEN ONE MATCH WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR ANY PRIZES,  CASH OR T-SHIRTS

2. TEAMS WHO FORFEIT 2 MATCHES WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR PLAYOFFS

3. ANY TEAM THAT FORFEITS 3 MATCHES WILL BE DROPPED FROM THE LEAGUE AND A REVISED SCHEDULE WILL BE ISSUED

however, teams who have forfeits that couldn't be avoided can pay a $10 fine to each opponent who was denied their opportunity to play. This $10 fine will serve as a re-imbursement for games paid for but not played. Once the fine has been paid and ok'd by the victimized captain, teams playoff status can be reinstated. This rule does not apply to teams that forfeit a 3rd match.

Teams that have notified us in advance that they will have to forfeit tonight are.

CULPRITS...FOR HEAVENS SAKE DON'T BLOW OFF

YOUR OTHER GAME.

Unfortunately, forfeits are part of it, especially in doubles, and lets keep them to a minimum.

ANY ADDITIONAL FORFEITS WILL BE POSTED AT 4:30pm

 

DO NOT ALTER THE SCHEDULE WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL BECAUSE YOU WILL BE AFFECTING

ANOTHER TEAMS DOUBLEHEADER IN FUTURE WEEKS.

 

GAMES PLAYED BUT NOT SCHEDULED FOR THAT NIGHT WILL NOT BE COUNTED IN STANDINGS.

 

This new page will be displayed whenever we get notification from the teams.

If we can move your game to a more favorable time slot we will.

But all teams need to be aware that if you want doubleheaders every night, forfeiting creates a lot of problems for the teams affected.

We are very liberal on Subs and try to prevent forfeits at all cost. Remember, you guys all paid money to PLAY and COMPETE, not to win by forfeit.
